Probate and Administration

In addition to the preparation and drafting of wills we can assist with the administration of an estate. We can apply for grants of probate or letters of administration, assist with the collecting in of the estates assets and the payment of liabilities and the preparation of estate accounts.

Some estates contain contentious matters that can only be dealt with by the Courts. Our litigators can provide advice and assistance with regards to the court procedure and take the matter to court on your behalf.

We seek to assist executors administer the estate in the most efficient way, keeping the estates costs to a minimum.
